Shipment processing time
All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered during weekends or holidays. Shipment processing time does not count to the estimated delivery time.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
For The United States orders
- Free Ship from USA warehouse. Estimated delivery time: 5-7 days.
For Canada orders
- F1/T2a/A2 orders: Free shipping from Hong Kong. Estimated delivery time: 10-15 days.
- Other orders: Free ship from the US. Estimated delivery time: 8-12 days.
For the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, France and Spain orders
- Free shipping from Hong Kong. Estimated delivery time: 7-10 days.
For all accessory (carrying case, bracket, cable, etc.) orders (except US orders)
- Free shipping. Ship from Hong Kong. Estimated delivery time: 15-20 days.

Canceling an Order
Requirement:
- Must be purchased from GameSir Official Store (gamesir.hk) (Order starting with #GSHK)
- Your items have not been shipped out yet.
You are eligible to cancel your order before your items are being shipped. If you want to cancel your order, log in your account and cancel the order by yourself, or claim a cancellation request at gamesir.hk/help. We will help you cancel the order in 24hrs. The refund will usually be processed in two weeks.
If you order was stated as shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, we are happy to help you with the returning.
Returning an Order
Requirement:
- Must be purchased from GameSir Official Store (gamesir.hk) (Order starting with #GSHK)
- DO NOT FILL THE FORM BELOW IF NOT PURCHASED FROM GAMESIR.HK
- The purchase date must be within 12 months from to claim a refund.
- Man-caused damaged items will not be eligible for the refund.
