GameSir Z2 FPS DOCK Firmware Update Tutorial for iOS

Please note:
1.Please fully charge GameSir Z2 and iOS device before the update.
2.If the current firmware version of GameSir Z2 is lower than 0604, update the firmware to version 0604 with GameSir G-Crux APP.
3.The FPS DOCK firmware update includes two parts: Bluetooth firmware update and MCU firmware update.

Step 1 Power on GameSir Z2, if the green 2.4GHz mode indicator light flashes, press Fn + F5 buttons simultaneously, then the blue Bluetooth mode indicator light will flash. Turn on Bluetooth on your iOS device and connect to GameSir Z2. Launch FPS DOCK APP, when “A new version of Bluetooth firmware has been detected” prompt pops up, please click “To upgrade” button.

Step 2 Do not turn off the Z2 or phone screen during the firmware update, otherwise Z2 will be damaged. Disconnect Z2 and delete the pairing data of Z2 by “Forget This Device” in Bluetooth setting. Then turn off FPS DOCK APP in the background.

Step 3 Charge the Z2 with USB cable and switch the Z2 power switch to OFF, then switch the Z2 power switch to ON.


Step 4 Connect Z2 to iOS device via Bluetooth and launch FPS DOCK APP. When “A new MCU version has been detected” prompt pops up, click “To upgrade” button. At last, click “Sure” button after the upgrade is complete.

 

 

Step 5 Disconnect Z2 and delete the pairing data of Z2 by “Forget This Device” in Bluetooth setting. Turn off FPS DOCK APP in the background. Then restart Z2, the FPS DOCK firmware update is complete.
