Shipping Fee & Carrier

All orders from GameSir Official Store will enjoy free shipping.

Singapore Post is the carrier we adopt for most orders. The carrier may vary due to package weight issue, battery restriction in some countries, or other factors.

Our delivery covers most of the world including：

Due to the complexity of delivery, we are unable to deliver to some regions, please check:

Shipment processing time

All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered during weekends or holidays. Shipment processing time does not count to the estimated delivery time.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

For The United States orders

- Free Ship from USA warehouse. Estimated delivery time: 3-7 days.

For Canada orders

- F1/T2a/A2 orders: Free shipping from Hong Kong.  Estimated delivery time: 15-20 days.

- Other orders: Free ship from the US. Estimated delivery time: 5-10 days.

For the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, France and Spain orders

- Free shipping from Hong Kong.  Estimated delivery time: 15-20 days.

- Express shipping from the UK. Estimated delivery time: 5-10 days.

For Australia, Brazil, Russia, South Africa and Egypt orders

- Free shipping from Hong Kong. Estimated delivery time: 15-20 days.

For Mexico, and the rest of deliverable countries orders

- Free shipping. Ship from Hong Kong. Estimated delivery time: 20-35 days.

For all accessory (carrying case, bracket, cable, etc.) orders (except US orders)

- Free shipping. Ship from Hong Kong. Estimated delivery time: 15-30 days.

Notice: Sale event may cause the change of the departure location due to the high volume of orders.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help:

• 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

• 12-month replacement with the same model from the date you received it.

Canceling an Order

Requirement:

1. Must be purchased from GameSir Official Store (gamesir.hk) (Order starting with #GSHK)
2. Your items have not been shipped out yet. 

You are eligible to cancel your order before your items are being shipped. If you want to cancel your order, log in your account and cancel the order by yourself, or claim a cancellation request at gamesir.hk/help. We will help you cancel the order in 24hrs. The refund will usually be processed in two weeks. 

If you order was stated as shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, we are happy to help you with the returning. 

Returning an Order

Requirement:

1. Must be purchased from GameSir Official Store (gamesir.hk) (Order starting with #GSHK)
2. DO NOT FILL THE FORM BELOW IF NOT PURCHASED FROM GAMESIR.HK
3. The purchase date must be within 12 months from to claim a refund. 
4. Man-caused damaged items will not be eligible for the refund.
