Canceling an Order

Requirement:

Must be purchased from GameSir Official Store (gamesir.hk) (Order starting with #GSHK)
Your items have not been shipped out yet.

You are eligible to cancel your order before your items are being shipped. If you want to cancel your order, log in your account and cancel the order by yourself, or claim a cancellation request at gamesir.hk/help. We will help you cancel the order in 24hrs. The refund will usually be processed in two weeks.

If you order was stated as shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, we are happy to help you with the returning.

MagSafe compatible, perfect & native fit for iPhone 12 & 13 series:

Coming with native magnetic design, F9 is a perfect and native fit for MagSafe-compatible iOS devices as iPhone 12 & 13 series. Just put and use.

With a magnetic sheet, fit other mobile devices without magnetic area:

For other mobile devices without magnetic area, there is an included magnetic sheet. Simply put the magnetic sheet on the mobile device’s back, then you can use F9 by magnetic fixation.

How to Install the Magnetic Sheet

1.Use the attached wet and dry wipe set to clean the area where the magnetic sheet is to be placed.

2.Tear the film off the transparent protective film, place the protective film on the back of mobile phone and remove bubbles to ensure a perfect fit of the protective film on the back of mobile phone.

3.Tear off the release paper on magnetic sheet, attach it to the protective film accurately; press for 30 seconds and use after a 30-minute standing.

Note:

1.Pay attention to avoiding the position of NFC while placing the magnetic sheet on the device with NFC function, otherwise, the NFC function will be affected.

2.Devices that support wireless charging cannot be charged wirelessly when using the magnetic sheet.

Witha clamp, fit mobile phones with a width of 65-90 mm:

Equipped with a retractable clamp, F9 can also be fixed on most mobile phones as long as they are 65-90 mm in width.

Fast cooling in 1 second:

Based on Peltier cooling effect, F9 comes with about a 1600 mm²cooling area on the face and heat transfer fins helping fast absorb heat from the Peltier module while the 7-blade fan on the back spinning for superior airflow. With this powerful engineered system, F9 can fast cool in 1 second and even deliver up to a 25°C drop on the phone’s skin temperature. The fan also comes with noise-reduction design and runs at only 25 dB max even under the Hardcore cooling mode.

What devices does it support?

Can I use the cooler wirelessly?

No, the cooler has no built-in battery and needs to be powered by an external 5V 2A power adapter or portable power bank by the provided Type-C cable.

Does the cooler work automatically once plugged in?

No, you also need to select the cooling mode (Normal Cooling Mode / Hardcore Cooling Mode) by pressing the Cooling Mode Switch to launch the cooler after the cooler is plugged in.

What’s the area of the cooling zone?

It’s around 1600 mm².

How much can the cooler lower the phone’s skin temperature?

GameSir Lab tested at an ambient temperature of 25°C, under which the phone’s skin temperature can be dropped by 25°C. The test result was compared to the skin temperature of phone without using F9. The cooling effect may vary due to different using environment.

Can it be used with phone protection cover?

No, it can’t be used with protection cover, considering the best cooling effect.

How many dB is the back fan?

Only 25 dB max even under the Hardcore cooling mode.

What’s the usage of the magnetic sheet?

It’s for magnetically mounting mobile devices without magnetic area. In other words, make your mobile devices magnetic so that you can fix the cooler directly on your mobile devices, without a clamp.

Please be noted that don’t place the magnet sheet over the NFC location on your phone or it might affect its NFC function and devices that support wireless charging cannot be charged wirelessly when using the magnetic sheet.
