Warranty Service

GameSir always keeps the promises made, our company is proud of all our products. Each product is undergoing multiple comprehensive tests on its durability and compatibility. Buying a GameSir game controller, you get one-year warranty, valid from the date of purchase, stated in the warranty card inside the product package.

GameSir guarantees that each product has no defects in materials or workmanship for the period of time, starting from the original date of purchase, stated in the warranty card. If you have a warranty claim, please, contact first the point-of-purchase retailer in your local area to apply for a warranty service, favorably, within the first 30 days after purchase. Within the warranty period, GameSir will, at option, repair your product, using the parts, which comply with the product technical specifications. Or the company will replace the product with a functionally equivalent product within 30 days after purchase, in case you provide a complete original package (damage-free product, package, instruction manual, warranty card, labels, original invoice or any gifts that come with the product). Still, the refund claim shall be examined, in case the wrong product is sent, the damaged product is received, or there are any long-term delivery delays, caused by unexpected circumstances during shipment. 

The warranty does not cover problems or damages, caused by misuse, abuse, disassembly or repairs, made by unauthorized individuals. The warranty does not cover the problems or damages, caused by any factors, unrelated to either materials or workmanship.

The warranty, is nontransferable, it is given to the original buyer by our authorized dealers. Warranty on any repaired product shall cover the remaining part of the warranty period, valid for the original product.
